About Ann

Born into a family of teachers and the child of divorced parents, I learned invaluable skills and life lessons which have become the cornerstone of who I am today. Those skills include the ability to:

  • Adapt to change
  • Listen and be open to new ideas
  • Value the relationships of new and old friends
  • Find the best in every situation
  • Stay organized
  • Persevere, knowing things always work out

I moved to Lincoln at 16 years of age and began classes at UNL. Not knowing what I really wanted to do when I grew up, I decided to get a "quick degree" in Respiratory Therapy. I worked full-time as a respiratory therapist for one year before starting my Engineering classes. I worked nights and weekends at Saint Elizabeth Regional Medical Center while earning my degree from UNL.

Real Estate has proven to be a great combination of my previous careers. There is so much emotion, much like Respiratory Therapy and then the nuts and bolts of great organization and communication required in construction management. A real estate career has been one of the best decisions I have made; I am able to perform to my strengths all the while meeting great people.

When I am not working with clients, I enjoy spending time with my husband, Justin, and my two four-legged kids, Chloe and Clyde. I am an avid outdoor adventurist. I love to run, snowmobile, boat, hike, bike and the torturous fitness boot camp. I am also a sucker for a good book, especially non-fiction.

I am committed to my clients. I know buying and selling a home is a stressful time. My job is to earn your trust, help you manage the stress, and get you where you are going…on time. I am never too busy to answer your questions and help you the best way I can; even after the transaction is complete.

I look forward to working with you and building a valuable relationship.
